Founded by Sargam, a BHU post-graduate, former professor, and full Asthma recovery, Prana Yoga Hub emerged from her inspiring personal journey of healing and transformation. With a vision to make authentic Indian yoga accessible to a global audience, the platform blends ancient wisdom with a compassionate, practical approach. Under her guidance and with the support of certified instructors rooted in traditional yogic practices, Prana Yoga Hub offers personalized sessions that nurture physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual awakening for students worldwide.
